I hear some regreat covered by I will "eye poke" you all day. I did use xls, and I will admit I am not the best with sheets, but math is math, and it's pretty simple you find the number of days per corp (End Date - Start date) then you Average that column and you get a number. I how ever am open to any correction you feel needs to be made. I love it when people extract tears where their are none, keep going it's awesome. Gossamer
